Reservation Policies

- For reservations made at least two weeks prior to arrival, a 50% deposit will be charged if you stay is more rhan one night. Cancellations or chages must be made no less than 14 days prior to arrival or your deposit will be fofeited, althoug it can be applied to a future reservation. If we are forunate enough to rent out your room on a last minute basis, we will be happy to refund your deposit, less a 15% processing free
- For reservations made within 14 days of arrival. A credit card guarantee is required, however, to confirm you resertavion. One night reservations will be paid in full as a deposit. If you guarantee with a credit card and do not show up, your card will be charged in full for the number of nights that the room remains empty during your reservation.
